We offer 25 days return!

What we need you to do.
 Please fill out our Return Form. (Download Form)
✓ Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags!
Please note: We do not provide free return shipping. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

What we do when we receive your return..
Once your item/s have arrived at our facility, the return will be processed.
✓ Refunds will be given once the item/s have been received, checked and processed. Please give us up to 3 business days upon the arrival of your return to do so.

Please note:
✓ Full refund within 7 days of receiving your item/s. After 7 days, store credit only.
✓ After our 25 days return policy, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
 If items are returned used or in a worn condition, they will not be eligible for a return.
 Items that were purchased with a discount code are still eligible for our 25 day return policy.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you are in need of a different size. However, we do not accept exchanges for alternative items.
This would require a return of the item and a new order to be submitted.

What we need you to do..
 Please fill out our return form (found at the top of this page)
 Ship your items back to our facilities - the return address can be found at the bottom of the Return Form.

What we do when we receive your exchange..
Once your item/s have arrived at our facility, the return will be processed.
✓ As long as the returned item/s are in good/original condition, we will dispatch your new item/s right away!
